Our sweet Amy was a ray of sunshine where ever she went (that’s an understatement). She was a friend to all within seconds. You knew you were loved simply being in her presence. Amy was so beautiful, giving, beautifully-spirited, and truly a blessing in our lives. Our hearts are absolutely broken over this loss. To the loved ones she’s left behind, may you find comfort in the love of those that still surround you and healing in the sweet memories she has left you with. Amy touched the lives of so many and she will not be forgotten…but she will be missed. Greatly missed.

Amy was a close friend within days. She would give you the shirt off her back. She loved talking about all the positives in life, laughing at silly griefs and chatting for hours about our various animals. She was hands down the most dedicated foaling attendant I’ve ever seen. She loved those mares and foals(have to go check my “cute babies” she’d say. The next thing I’d know it would be 3 in the morning and she”d be grooming and talking to an old crabby mare making her gentle in a hurry. We loved talking about the spiritual side of life and how to better ourselves. She was in love with Roger as she always had his whereabouts and what he had said or done with the animals in the first few sentences when I spoke to her. He was always on her mind. I am forever grateful to have crossed paths with such a beautiful soul. I feel she is a part of me forever. I will miss her and bring her gentle smile to mind every time I think of her.

Although it has been many years since I have had any contact with Amy (with the exception of Facebook) I was so sorry to hear of her passing. I will always treasure the fun times I shared over the years with Amy and remember all of the laughs we shared at her sister Mary’s house. She will be missed. My condolences to all of her family.

Amy came into my life at the age of 11 when she married my dad. She has been one of the brightest lights in my life for the past 36 years and will continue to shine forever in memory. She was a mom and friend to me and a wonderful grandma to Andrew, Brett and Chase. My husband Rob, myself and the boys send condolences to all who were lucky enough to have her in their life.

Whenever I think of Amy, I smile. She was that kind of person. I remember her as a thoughtful and sweet girl in high school and every time I saw her in the years that followed I noticed that she never changed. I was so sad to hear of her passing. What sorrowful time for her loved ones and those friends she leaves behind. I hope the amazing memories you made with her will carry you through your loss until that day comes when you, too, can think of her and smile. I was blessed to call her ‘friend’.

Dearest Amy,
I am so sad. God’s speed. I know you are riding one of your favorite horses along a babbling brook. Love you. You are one of the most special people I have ever met. Thank you for being my friend.

Amy worked for me as an administration assistant at our business on Big Mountain, Whitefish, Montana in the 80s. She was by far one of the most positive people I have ever known. She always had a smile on her face. People told me that they loved it when Amy answered the phone. She was so upbeat and a pleasure to talk to. Amy made going to work very pleasurable. She was so good at taking my thoughts and putting them down in great form that helped make me a success in the business. Amy was a good friend and we stayed in touch (usually she would call on my birthday and I would try to do the same). She introduced me to Lew and the stone quarry where I made several trips for rock for my building projects. Never have I met such a positive, wonderful person. I was so sad to hear of her passing. Would love to be in Helena today to celebrate her life with her many friends and family. My thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones. Amy was truly a wonderful person and will be sorely missed by many.
