Jason P. Rolls: born 4/7/1970, died 8/20/2015.
Jason was born in Dallas, TX. Jason is survived by his wife, Amy, and their three daughters, Jessica, Angela, and Carrie Jo, Xabrina, his granddaughter. He is also survived by his parents, Jerry Wayne and Merita JoAnn Postell. Jason was a supervisor at the Seeley Lake Montana Department of Transportation. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed because of his work and leadership.
Jason enjoyed reading, spending time with his family, as well as soccer, hiking, and skiing. But, if you were to look into his life to find his greatest desire, it was to be pleasing to His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Above all, Jason was a Christian. He was a man saved by the grace of Jesus Christ. That means that God, by His own plan and will, loved Jason and delivered him from what alienated him from God. Jason is now fully delivered from sins and is in the presence of the God Who loved Him and gave His life for him (Galatians 2:20).
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27th at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, 3750 N. Montana Ave. A reception will follow the memorial service in the social hall of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jason’s name may be made to the Jason Rolls Memorial Fund. Memorials may be sent to any of the Rocky Mountain Credit Union locations here in Helena. Please visit www.aswfuneralhome.com to offer a condolence to the family or to share a memory of Jason.

I worked with Jason for many years as I am with the IT office at MDT. I always appreciated Jason’s detailed information and that he was a quick study on any issue he called regarding. He was also very nice to visit with and had a good sense of humor.
My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. May God bless you with strength, peace and hope during this extremely difficult time.
God bless. Dori Wetherelt

I was fortunate enough to be able to get to know Jason and his family over the last few years, and to witness the love he had for them first hand. He was a strong and caring father and a loving husband. No words I can think of could help alleviate the pain and grief his all too soon absence has left. But I will cherish the memories I have of him and will always remember that friendly ear-to-ear smile he never stopped wearing. My heart and best wishes are with his family; Amy, Jessie, Angie, and Carrie, as they overcome this unbearable loss. Love you all, hope to see you soon. -Matt

It was a blessing to have known Jason. His love for his family was only surpassed by his love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He left with his well used Bible open on his desk and his family, and us who had the privilege to know him, grounded and guided by the memory of his character and kindness. It is not death to die, https://youtu.be/OwYB2Z4Bbx0, and what a peace to know Jason has left this “earthly tent” and realized his “eternal weight of glory” (II Cor 4:16-5:2). We’ll miss him dearly.
