Margene A. Grose of East Helena passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital on Sunday, November 11, 2012 after an extended illness.
Margene was born September 23, 1931 to John G. Grose and Ellen C. Grose of East Helena. She enjoyed gardening and could be seen planting her flowers outside every spring. Margene worked for the State of Montana as a Stenographer until her retirement. She was a member of the Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in East Helena for many years.
Margene is survived by her older sister, Eileen Miller of East Helena; a younger sister, Donna Neidhardt of Hamilton, MT; a daughter Alexis Bell; Grandchildren, Tyler and Brittany Bell, all of East Helena; as well as several nephews and nieces.
Margene will be missed very much!
A Vigil service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 19th at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, 3750 N. Montana Ave. A funeral Mass is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 20th at Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in East Helena with a reception to be held in the social center of the church immediately following the Mass. Rite of Committal will take place at Resurrection Cemetery after the reception.
