Michelle Renae Rushfeldt, age 34, of Missoula, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012 in Missoula from a stroke caused by a brain aneurysm.
Michelle was born December 11, 1977 in Helena, MT to Carol (Hamlin) Morefield and Dale Rushfeldt. She graduated high school and went on to work as a Communication Specialist for the State of Oregon Communications Department and various other communication companies.
Michelle loved to go camping and spending time with her five children. She didn’t attend church, but she had a deep faith in God and had accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
Michelle is survived by her children, Tori, Tara, Ariana, Shawn, and Capri; her mother, Carol (Hamlin) Morefield and step-father Mike Morefield; father, Dale Rushfeldt; siblings, Marie Cook, Leann Rushfeldt, Angela Morefield, Angel Middleton, and Travis Morefield; grandmother, Dorothy Morefield; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Funeral Service is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 17, 2012 at the First Assembly of God Church, 2210 Dodge Ave., with a viewing to start at 12:00 p.m. in the church. A reception will follow the service at the church. Interment will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the First Assembly of God Church in Helena. I’m heartbroken. Michelle was young, beautiful, intelligent and one of the most loving and dedicated mothers I have ever known. She took care of her children like no other. She was an amazing young woman with a gentle and loving soul.
