Floy Arline Powers, age 91, of Helena, passed away June 27, 2018. Arline was born April 2, 1927 in Casper, Wyoming to William and Willie (Pickleseimer) Haskett. She was a caregiver for many years as well as a widow. Arline leaves behind her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
