Verne Petermann says
I enjoyed growing up as a neighbor, working with and for Charlie. We learned a lot of
“cowboy”, a lot of life, and even a little Spanish! He will be fondly remembered forever. Verne
Jim Hamling says
I would like everybody to know what a great guy he was. The McNeil family always welcomed me into their home when I was growing up in Wibaux. I remember one time he “took on” Steve and me in a game of basketball at the local court. He obviously didn’t realize how good we were when he handily beat us. I don’t think we completed a pass and I am not sure we scored a bucket. God bless you Charlie. Jim
