Christian Blaine Cohn, 16, passed from this life on November 21, 2012. He arrived as a beautiful baby boy to Thomas and Kimberly Cohn on May 28, 1996 in Miles City, MT. He spent his early years on a family ranch in Jordan, MT where he was first introduced to wheatfields, horses, and the smell of old leather; a love affair that would last his whole life.
A self-proclaimed cowboy he believed the world would be better off if everyone rode horses and wore cowboy boots. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman, and once tried to convince his Grandparents to let him go “live off the land” for a couple of days. He moved to Helena when he was five years old and attended school through 10th grade at Helena High School. In Helena, he became a master of mechanics and engines, on more than one occasion, had to help his sister jump her car. Though he would never admit it, he was an artist when it came to welding. His family has a fire pit made especially for them, in which they will have many happy gatherings around, remembering his big blue eyes and light hearted laugh. He was a loved son and brother, he loved so much in return. In his mind, there was nothing better than to spend time with his family, horses included, either out in the pasture or roping in the arena.
He is survived by both his parents, Thomas and Kimberly Cohn, his two brothers, Thomas Cohn, Jr. (Megan) and Kaden Cohn, his one sister, Paige Cohn, his nephew, Isaac Cohn, his maternal Grandparents, Charles and Sandra Wilson, his paternal Grandparents, Colleen Cohn-Anderson and Bill Anderson, Aunts and Uncles, Bill (Jenine) Cohn, Mike (Jennie) Wilson, Jennifer Crawford and Skip Olson, Cousins, Braxton and Brock Wilson, Cassie and Austin Cohn and Jaisa Hudson, Special Friends Becca House and Ryan Lee, and many other loving family. He is preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather, Jack Cohn.
There will be a Family to Receive Friends from 5-7p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27th, at Retz Funeral Home, 315 East 6th Avenue. A Celebration of Life will be held at noon Wednesday Nov. 28 at St. Paul’s United Methodist, 512 Logan Street, with a reception to follow immediately in the churches fellowship hall. Charles and Sandy at the Olive Garden in Billings with Paige and Christian, we were all having a

Revelation 21:2,4 states that death will be no more and pain will be no more, the former things will have passed away”.
Our Creator, Jehovah God, by means of his sone Jesus, is going to undo the tragedies that touch our lives today.
