I am one of Chrissy’s sorority sisters from Alpha Omicron Pi-Beta Rho. I am still in shock I think, but I am so glad for Facebook as it has gotten many of us sisters back in touch after many years. My prayers to her family, especially her children, I could tell by her posts she loved you both soooo much and was very proud of you both. I am living in Bozeman now and am planning to come over for the service Monday. God’s love surround you.

    November 30, -0001 at 12:00 am

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Chris. She and I worked together at Johnson’s Cafe in St.Mary for what seems like many summers ago. I have the fondest memories of her as a waitress and fun person to pal around with. Memories of she and Tammy Albee, as well as Peggy and Wade Walla, are forever etched in my mind as some of the best times of my life. She was a witty person with a joy for laughter and a bit of sarcasm. I will forever recall Chris and a person that enjoyed a great joke and a smile. A very intelligent lady.

I have very fond memories of Chrissy from our days together at UM. She had the best sense of humor. So, so funny! We were able to reconnect recently through Facebook. She sent me a Birthday Wish just six days before she died. I wish I had known she was not feeling well. It’s really hard to lose someone you like, and by heart goes out to her children. May the doors of Heaven be wide open for this beautiful spirit!

    Mike, Adelle and Katy,

I am so sorry that you have lost your beloved Chrissy!

Chrissy and my daughter Denise were close friends back in the Bryant School days. You were our close neighbors and Chrissy and Denise spent a bit of time together. She was always a very quiet, caring, polite, sweet smiling little girl and I am sure she grew up to be just as wonderful!

You will all be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through these difficult times! Just remember Chrissy is now a beautiful Angel looking down on all of you!

I am still shocked and sad about Chrissy’s passing. My heart goes out to her family and children. I was lucky to know her from high school, and lucky again to work with her at the VA. She had the greatest smile, and she was so beautiful inside and out. I will miss her. Rest in Peace Chrissy, you have a beautiful soul.

  27. Wade Walla says

    November 30, -0001 at 12:00 am

I’m deeply moved to hear about Chrissy’s passing. She was a tremendous person to know and I’ll never forget her.

I met her in the freshman honors English class at UM. I remember striking up a conversation with her in the student cafeteria in order to impress my friend Mike (Chrissy was really pretty). We all ended up being close pals.

Her sly sense of humor was so much fun. She had the most incredible laugh. I just loved to make her smile.

Chrissy was an unbelievable combination of sass, self-deprecation, wit, intelligence, and beauty. Larry and Chrissy actually lived with me in Bozeman for a time.
    I’ll truly miss her.
