Cindy M. Ringle
Cindy (Rainbow girl) died Thursday April 25, 2024 from complications of a lengthy illness.
She was born in Hampton, VA on January 1, 1948 to Dorothea Kruger Kemp and Walter Kruger.
On August 7,1958, She was adopted by David R. Kemp (her stepfather) and changed her last name at that time.
On September 22, 1979, she married Chrles W. Ringle and lived with him in Helena until his death in 2010. Cindy’s greatest passion in life was her dogs. They were her children and their house was never without a dog.
Until her death, she lived at Cooney Convalescent in Helena. Everyone, staff and residents alike, thought she was wonderful because of her cheerful outlook on life. She was witty and generous to everyone. She loved vibrant colors (even for her hair so she was called rainbow girl).
Cindy enjoyed playing all kinds of card games, pinochle, hand & foot, Bingo along with cribbage.
Survivors include a niece Melissa Curfman of NY, and niece Marie Ringle of Helena, and multiple Turner Cousins from NY to ID.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ringle, her parents, her sister Karlynn Curfman, and brother Walter Kruger Kemp.
She was cremated per her wishes and her ashes along with her husbands will be scattered at their favorite camping place later this summer.

I am so glad I met Cindy while working at Rocky. She was a wonderful lady who was always happy smiling and joking. I always enjoyed our visits. She always made my day a little brighter and made me smile and laugh.

I met Cindy while working at Edgewood. She always had a smile on her face. She was one that could always put a smile on my face with her jokes that she would make. She will ne missed.

I’m so sadden to hear the news. I would visit my grandma at cooney and make sure I visited her as well. I worked with her at the masonic and kept in touch with her ever since.
