Craig was in our lives the past couple years. We are saddened by his death. May the family know that we are praying for all of you during this time.

I knew Craig many years ago when I was a little girl in Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City Utah. Many years later we re-connected here in Helena. He then joined the Catholic Church and I did a few years later. I know he had many struggles in his life. I hope now that his soul is at peace and he is received into the loving arms or Jesus Christ our Savior and our Blessed Mother.

At one time, Craig was an effective and compassionate therapist. May he rest in peace.

We have known Craig for 25 years. In the past few years, our Native drumming group (Magpie Singers) has visited the home where Craig lived and he was always humbled and anxious to join us at the drum. We will sing an honor song and traveling song for him as he makes his journey to the other side.

I am praying for the repose of Craig’s soul. He was a very caring and compassionate person and Craig had a strong Catholic faith and was faithful to the end. My prayers are with his family at this most difficult time.

Craig was part of a little “house church” for a few years where we sang devotional songs and meditated together. It was during this time that he became interested in Catholicism and I enjoyed sharing about Catholic prayer practices with him, including Lent and the rosary. Craig had a strong desire to help others in a healing way and also sought to bring to wholeness his own brokenness. He was kind and open-hearted and dealt with his physical challenges with patience and grace. Peace be with you, my brother, and may the Way be ever opening to you.

I have fond memories of his son and mine playing and enjoying their younger years together. I remember one evening of family charades where Craig pretended to be swinging out on a rope and dropping into the water. His son guessed that perhaps he had died. I am guessing that this last swing was a good one for Craig! Peace and Blessings! My husband and I also remember with fondness many hours spent getting Craig to appointments, grocery stores, etc. He knew how to make that fun and memorable too!

I knew Craig for many years he was a friend and he helped me through some tough times.

I hope that you have found the rest and peace that you deserve.
