A celebration of life potluck will be held at the Lincoln Community Hall, 404 Main Street, Lincoln, MT at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8th. Dan was one of the best friends a guy could ever have. I first met Dan a long time ago back in the 70s, where we became best of buddies back then in our younger years. Over the years even though we were some miles apart, we always kept in touch with each other.

Dan was a good man. We used to drive together regularly (in my MGA or his Mustang) down to Mendota or Ottawa, my home town, when we were both in MI at Ft. Sheridan. We mostly lost touch after he ETSed in ’68 and I got sent to Minneapolis but I always counted him as a good friend.
