Deanna W. Herron, age 79, of East Helena, passed away October 11, 2018.
Deanna was born September 12, 1939 in Glasgow, MT to William C. and Lucille L. (Howser) Herron. She graduated from Flathead High School in Kalispell. Her principle occupation was a Secretary and Book Keeper for most of her life. She worked for several companies in the central California area including Market Wholesale, Helm Chevrolet, and Capital Pacific Mortgage before retiring.
Deanna loved living in East Helena and was a lifelong member of SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in East Helena where she helped and was involved with many church activities. She loved to read, especially Louis L ‘Amour novels.
Deanna was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lucille Herron; her sisters, Lenore Herron and Kay Van Fleet; and her twin brother, Dennis Herron. She is survived by her brothers, Ronald M. Herron of Helena and Chad Herron of Idaho.
A Rosary will be prayed at 1:40 p.m., on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 120 W Riggs, in East Helena. Deanna will be laid to rest at St. Ann’s Cemetery in East Helena after Mass. Coffee and cookies will be offered at the church following the burial.
