DeLores Clara Tubbs, age 90, of Helena, MT passed away peacefully on August 29, 2023.
DeLores was born on February 25, 1933 to parents Manny and Clara Seyfert in Ambrose, ND.
She later moved to Helena, MT and married Darrell “Jim” Tubbs on September 30, 1954. Together they had one son, Steven James Tubbs. Sadly, Jim passed on January 19, 1994.
DeLores worked for the State of Montana, first as an Unemployment Secretary and later retiring as a Claims Examiner. She was a woman of the Methodist faith which was exemplified throughout her life. She enjoyed bird watching, crocheting, sewing, reading and going out for ice cream.
DeLores was preceded in passing by her husband, Jim Tubbs; and parents, Manny and Clara Seyfert, and brother Don Seyfert.
She is survived by her son, Steven (Cheryl) Tubbs of Laurel, MT; brother, Midge (Sandy) Seyfert of Glasgow, MT, Thelma Seyfert of Great Falls, MT; grandchildren, Nathan Tubbs of East Helena, MT, Heather (Kyle) Knight of Helena, MT; great-grandchildren, Anglia Tubbs of East Helena, MT; and many loved nephews and nieces and friends.
