I am so sorry to hear about Donna. I too worked with Donna at Wells Fargo in the Loan Hub and also back in the days of Norwest in the Reconciling department, downtown Billings. I always appreciated how Donna was so straight-forward. She had a “gift” for problem-solving, and could almost always find what was wrong on an account. Donna always gave so much of herself to work and also to volunteering….and that speaks miles about a person’s character. I hope the family can find comfort in all of their memories and also the memories of her friends. May you Rest in Peace Donna! Your friend, Loretta
Jamie Koszuta says
I am truly sorry for your loss. I worked with Donna at Wells Fargo not in the same department but did know her through volunteering. She had a kind soul and was always willing to help those in need. I will always remember her smile. She will be greatly missed.
Peggy Ellingson says
I worked with Donna at Wells Fargo and volunteering. She always talked about her Niece and Nephew. In fact she wanted to give her nephew a giant stuffed horse one time and I found one on line and ordered it. I still have the picture of him laying with the horse that she gave me. Her niece was in sports and when she went to college Donna was so excited for her. She loved her family and loved donating her time to the community. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family during this time. Remember the good times with Donna.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Donna was a special person. I had the pleasure to work with her during 9 Festival of Trees. She was a wonderful person who would do anything that was needed. Her big joke to me was that she went “dumpster diving” during one Festival to get some raffle ticket stubs that had been thrown away. Donna holds the record for number of years volunteering for the Festival of Trees. She will be greatly missed.

To Donna’s family, Donna was a genuine sweetheart. I knew her through her volunteer work with Billings Food Bank and Mardi Gras Montana. I met Donna the first day she came to Billings when the Bank’s Processing center moved from Helena. We worked together for a few years until the processing center moved back to Helena. We both went to work in different departments but always kept in contact. She was always there to help . We worked on many community projects and also went on some bank trips. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
Judy Nissen says
It is difficult to find the right words to express how much Donna will be missed. Donna had the most consecutive years as a Festival of Trees volunteer; I believe she figured she had helped us for 22 years. Donna was always a great support, filling many positions over the years and was always willing to do whatever was needed. I considered Donna a good friend and we could always find some silly thing to laugh or joke about, when times got difficult at the Festival. I enjoyed going to lunch with her and listening about her sister’s family. What great pride and joy she found in her family. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. God Bless

I worked with Donna at Norwest Bank in the Reconciling Dept back in the day. I was lucky enough to be part of a great group of gals that shared friendships beyond work and Donna was apart of that group. We got together on the patio at Dos Machos and shared Margaritas and many laughs. The world has lost a wonderful soul. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
Julie Anderson says
Dear Lucy and Family,
Donna and I were hired around the same time at Norwest, 1987. She was the Real Deal. Honest and hard-working, with a great sense of humor. Donna absolutely adored her niece and nephew.
Not many may know, but Donna was a fantastic Western swing dancer!
You and your family are in my thoughts.
With Sincere Sympathy.
