Grizz will be missed. I remember how beautiful her house looked during the Christmas season. And not just the inside of the house, but the outside and yard, including these big ornaments on the trees and lighted decorations on the sheds. For a birthday celebration, she decorated with colorful plates and napkins, which made the birthday boy/girl feel special. I know how Grizz kept her slim figure – she “encouraged” others to have seconds, especially on cake. She was a perfect hostess and I don’t think she ever had leftovers, but some of us had tighter waistlines after a meal or birthday. The image of Grizz in my mind is her in her red Christmas sweater as we gathered to celebrate a special birthday. Her gracious nature and beautiful smile will be missed.

I worked with Donnie in the Aging Services Bureau in the late 70s and early 80s. I will always remember Donnie as a kind and loving and beautiful person.

My name is Joan Eaton (Pavlinick) . I grew up in East Helena. I remember Donnie from when we both worked for the State. I was so sorry to learn of Donni’s passing. I will remember both of you in my prayers.
