   My only Granny! Made me all my favorite foods, grew the prettiest flowers, gave me my first gold earrings, tried hard to keep PaPa Bob from teasing me too much. Loved her very much!

   Blalock Family,
   Opened their home in Texas to me as a young person, I lived with them until I married Derrel. Years later, they help us move our family to Montana where we enjoyed many family times together, which included spirited pinochle games. Momma Dot was a wonderful cook and my Derrel, expecially loved eating.

   We loved Dot as if she where natural kin, not by marriage. Dot was very sweet to my family and let all four of us stay with them 3 weeks when we moved to Montana. We will never forget the good times and her contagious laugh. Be at peace sweet friend.

   Ira I’m so sorry to hear of Dorothy’s passing. I really enjoyed working with her and got to know you both. She was the highlight of my day at work, always smiling .
