Douglas A. Smith passed away on February 3rd, 2012. He was born on June 17, 1918.
He married Kathryn Carbis on February 21, 1964 and resided in Canyon Creek, Montana.
He was a life member and past master of Augusta Lodge #54 A.F. and A.M. of which he had been a member for 66 years.
Per Doug’s request, no services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Masonic Home of Montana, 2010 Masonic Home Rd, Helena, MT 59602 or to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children c/o Algeria Temple, PO Box 4879, Helena, MT 59604.
