Frank was our neighbor for a very long time and did the perfataping when we built our house. In later years he would call Jim when his little dog escaped. RIP, Frank.

Frank was one of my uncles. He was a perfectionist in his work and had a reputation to match. A fiesty, small man, uncle Frank would tell you how it was in a heartbeat. Condolences to his sons and other family members.
