Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and we also share in their sorrow at this most difficult time. May they find comfort in knowing Jerry is at peace and in God’s care.
I’ll forever treasure the memory of the wonderful breakfasts we enjoyed together during our summers in Helena and am so sorry that he never had the chance to visit us at Black Sandy. Jerry personified the very best in humankind and truly exemplified what Masonry is and what it ought to be. Although he will be most sorely missed, may Jerry’s memory remain forever eternal.
    God bless you, Jerry.

I met and knew Jerry through our mutual love of golf and was fortunate to be able to play many rounds with him at Bill Roberts. Jerry was a good friend and a great man. I know he will be giving lessons and scoring many more ‘holes in one’ at one of God’s many courses!!
While I never met Jerry’s family I want to offer my deepest condolences. Jerry was, and always will be, an inspiration to me.

My first memory of Jerry was a visit that his family made to our home in Marysville, Probably in the early 40’s. We visited with his family many times at their home in Helena. His dad George, was my father Earl’s older brother, which made us cousins. After high school, Jerry and I didn’t see each other for quite a few years. A number of years ago, when I was in Helena for a high school reunion, I found his name in the phone book and called him. He was delighted to hear from me and insisted we have lunch. We had a great time catching up on all the years. We’ve met almost every year since then. I’ll miss that warm smile and his interest in his family and mine. Jerry was a true gentleman and a good friend

I was so very sorry to read of Jerry’s passing. He was such a wonderful friend to my husband, Steve, throughout their years in the insurance business and on into retirement and through their mutual love of golf. After Steve’s passing in 2011, Jerry remained a faithful and kind friend and kept in touch. When I failed to get any of his clever emails, I searched and found his obit. Sadly he passed away on my 73rd birthday. There is a great picture of him and Steve and a couple of people I don’t know on a beautiful course in MT hanging on the wall in our den. May the peace of God bring comfort to all of the family and may you also find comfort as you receive condolences from the many lives that he touched. Steve will be happy to welcome him home.
