Lynn was born to Franklin H. Young and Veda Joyce Delany December 12, 1951, in Helena, Montana. Harold and Joyce also had three other girls together, Patty, Rhonda, and Pam. Joyce later married Antone “Toni’ Scnablegger in 1964. They welcomed two more children, Toni, and Douglas.
Lynn passed away peacefully surrounded by family October 3, 2025, in Spokane, WA. Lynn was preceded in death by her mother, father, two sisters, Patty and Rhonda, her grandson Jesse and her son-in-law Kelly Harris, who she missed every day since they passed.
Lynn met Richard Wagner in 1962 in Toston, Montana, where they attended school together. They later married on December 20, 1969.
Lynn and Richard welcomed Stacy Rae on May 24, 1970. Soon after they welcomed Rodney A. Wagner on May 25, 1971, and Christopher A. Wagner on May 7, 1974, all while Richard was serving in the Army.
Later after many tours and moves, Richard was discharged from the Army, when they decided to move back home to Helena, Montana.
Lynn loved the moments she shared with family, whether it be cooking for the whole crew at camp, making wedding bouquets, or going to the races to watch and root on her family, running errands for anyone, she was there lending her loving support.
Some activities she enjoyed were canning, cooking for the holidays, coloring and playing games on her phone.
“Lynn” comes from the old English meaning “Waterfall” which is what her love was, a waterfall crashing down on all she loved. Lynn is survived by Richard, Stacy, Rodney, Chris, sisters, Pam and Toni, brother, Doug, and lots of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Lynn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pam says
I miss you beyond words my beautiful sister. I guess there is a reason why heaven has no phone number, because if there were I would have called you so many times. I love the precious memories you left me. We had so many conversations about our childhood. And many other things. My heart hurts not knowing that the last time I talked to you, it would be the last time. I love you so much sis. I will see you when God calls me home.
