Arnold “Arnie” Slye passed away on November 20, 2015 under the care of Apple Rehab Cooney and Rocky Mountain Hospice in Helena, MT.
He was born in Anaconda on March 21, 1947 to Harold and Maxine Slye. He worked for West Yellowstone Parks for 10 years and the Johnson Ranch in Anaconda. He lived in the Hearthstone Retirement Home for the last 13 years.
Arnie is survived by his two sisters, Barbara Sing of Springfield, MO and Rosemary Slye of Helena. Arnie especially loved his Nephews, Daniel Sing, Josh Sing, Jake Sing and Niece Faith Criger. He also had 12 great nieces and nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and niece Charity Sing.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date in Anaconda. Memorial in Arnie’s name are suggested to Rocky Mountain Hospice or to a charity of your choice. Please visit below to offer a condolence to the family or to share a memory of Arnie.
