Your family is in our thoughts & prayers at this time. I have SO many happy memories of things done with Aunt Ida. She helped me with my 4-H sewing projects. (‘Cuz Mom was NOT a sewer!) We knitted, crocheted, sewed & painted MANY things together over the years.
Aunt Ruth signed up for the painting classes at her apartment & invited us to come and learn to paint with her. That was GREAT fun and time well spent learning to paint together with these two talented painting aunts! What a wonderful adventure those painting classes turned out to be.
It is impossible for us to come to her memorial service at this time. May God comfort you in your loss & grief. You were fortunate to have had her in your lives for all these years.
Your cousin ,
Jeanette & Jerry

Grandma D,
I can’t say I have many memories with my great grandparents, but I’m lucky to say I have some with you. You were a ball of fire and one of my best memories with you was when you taught me how to cheat in cards at Grandma and Grandpa Luke’s house. 😉 You were so funny and clever. I loved that smile you had on your face while winking at me from across the table when everyone returned. I will never be able to get that picture out of my head. Makes me smile every time. I love you so much and will see you again.

Mark and Cindy:
I know I have already told you, but I am so sorry about you losing this loving lady. She was one of the highlights of my job, and made even dark days brighter (and not just because I’ve known you guys my whole life!) I’m so glad to have known her and to have seen how wonderful she was. Her little smile and her big personality are something to remember! 🙂
In case you want to know, my favorite memories are of her and I dancing… She would hum or sing something and we would dance around, moving her chair all over the place. I’ll never forget how playful and fun she was. I am glad I made sure to give her a hug and tell her I loved her the last time I was there!
But if you need anything while you are up here, you have my number and my dad’s, please be sure to call if you do!
Prayers for all of you,
Love, Meagan

Ida will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. It was such a privelege to get to know of, and care for, her at Big Sky. She kept everyone here on their toes, and was someone who made coming to work enjoyable as you just never knew what you might hear or get from Ida day in and day out. She brought a smile, laughter, and love to so many of us here, and we miss her everyday. Sally ~ please do not be a stranger! You’ve also become like family to us, and we will miss seeing you. You, your family, and all those who loved and cared for Ida are in my thoughts and prayers daily. Thank you for such an awesome opportunity to care for your loved one. Truly an honor.
~Tara

A truly gentle lady. I had not heard of her passing until Dec. 20th and do want to express my condolences to Jim (Mark) and Sally and their families. She had a great sense of patience when it came to her son and some of his friends. Lucky for us. She lived a good life and had the love of her family all the time.
