Joan K. Ashabraner, age 83, of Helena

Joan Katherine Ashabraner passed away May 23, 2016. Born in Amarillo Texas, Joan was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Ron Ashabraner. Joan & Ron moved to Helena in 1982 from Butte, where they had resided for 7 years. Joan is survived by her son, Robert Ashabraner and her two grandsons, Jacob and Robert Ashabraner, all residing in California. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends will be meeting at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral home at 12:15 p.m. to process to the graveside. The service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Forestvale Cemetery located at 490 Forestvale Road, Helena, MT 59602. Following the graveside services there will be hors d’oeuvres served in the social hall of Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home.
