Stanley Warren Johnson II, 57, died on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in Helena, Montana. Stan was born on August 22, 1955, in Lewistown, Montana. Stan was educated at Fergus High School, Lewistown, at Willamette University, Salem Oregon, and at the University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon.
Stan was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lloyd Johnson, of Lewistown. He is survived by his mother, Anita Austin Zimmerman Johnson of Lewistown, and by his brothers, Neil Lloyd Johnson of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Alan Walter Johnson of Xenia, Ohio, and by his sister, Robin Lynne Johnson Fleming of Lewistown.
Col. Jim Madison of Jefferson City, a close Johnson family friend, is assisting the family with arrangements.
A memorial service celebrating Stan’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 24, 2012 at the Clancy United Methodist Church, in Clancy, Montana. A reception will be in the social center of the church immediately following the memorial service. Interment of Stan’s cremated remains will be in Lewistown. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Clancy United Methodist Church, 9 North Main Street, Clancy, Montana.
