Karen Bell (Allen) Frank, 78, died of natural causes in her home on March 18. Karen was born to Marjorie and Clayton Allen in 1936.
She attended school in Helena, Montana, and later the University of North Dakota. After graduation Karen met the love of her life Robert J. Frank and were later married in 1953 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Following their marriage Karen became a Dietary Manager for St. Peter’s Hospital.
Karen’s favorite hobbies were hunting, crafts, and taking care of her wonderful family.
It is a paradox we celebrate Karen Frank’s life with profound joy and yet we mourn her passing with profound sorrow. We, Karen’s family celebrate her accomplishments and the legacy she has left her family and friends.
Please join us in remembering this remarkable woman.
She is survived by Robert J. Frank, her husband of 62 years. Sister Virginia (Don) Hatcher; children, Ken Frank, Kirk Frank, Marjorie (Jeffrey) Haugh, Kelly Frank, Bobby John Frank, James (Anna) Frank, Laura (Rudy) Hall, Jennifer (John) Leach, Nicole (Dustin) Thompson, Travis (Lisa) Cereck, Jamie (Guy) Burgess, Martin (Brielle) Frank, Wayne Frank; along with numerous great-grandchildren.
