Leo was the real “salt” of the earth. He was my friend and family and will be missed by all of us who knew him. He was a mastermind when it came to figuring out anything mechanical. He also was a gifted hunter, fisherman and gardener and loved his family very much. Truly, one of kind! God Bless you Lou!

What a character you were Papa Leo. We shared many good times out at the lake with you. You always had the nicest garden and your lawn always looked like a golf course. Thank you for sharing both with our family. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family as I know they are going to miss you terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with all you.
Love you,
Nan and Ron

Red was a very kind man and always had a smile on his face. It was great to work with him. He was a true asset to the district. Red took pride in his work and also played a few practical jokes. When he would leave at 2 :00 he would toss a few pebbles at my window and say, ” It’s Miller Time” and then laugh.
