Nickie Eck says
Lora was a guiding force to me in Eastern Star – a knowledge base of everything I needed to know as a young officer – her guiding hand was always welcome. She took care to always touch base and visit and especially loved to visit about my son. I will miss her and will carry her memory with me for ever. Prayers to her sons and grandson, who were the world to her.
Freddi Haab-Fiedler says
Lora was very instrumental for me when I was advancing in Easter Star – her knowledge and assistance was always appreciated. I traveled on a few excursions with Lora and we had a grand time. I will miss seeing her at church. Thoughts and prayers to her sons and grandson.
Fred L. Thompson says
Ray so sorry to hear about Lora’s passing, she will be missed by many. I will miss hearing her voice and her asking how everything is going in my world. I liked to joke around with her and she would always give me some crap back. She will be missed, you two boys were her world, she is in a better place not. Take care in knowing that.

To the Hartz family:
I met your mom through the Eastern Star groups. What a kind and wonderful person. She reminded me of the Energizer Bunny. Nothing seemed to ever slow her down. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
Sincerely

To Lora’s Family: Lora was my bridge partner for many years, and we played in a bridge club every Tuesday for a long time too. I will surely miss her. She was a very caring person. We may not make attend her funeral because Dan is home healing from a broken hip. Our thoughts and prayer will be with you. Sincerely, Mary and Dan Hoyrup
