Loretta Syth-Belnap, age 68, of Helena passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017. She was an example of faith and friendship. Health issues were a part of her life but she always had a cheerful attitude. She married Larry Syth in June, 1975, for time and eternity in the Logan Temple, and after his death, married Bruce Belnap in February, 2007, for time in the Billings Temple.
She is preceded in death by Larry, her parents, and brothers Ronald and Alvin Smith. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Belnap, her sister Kathleen Smith Carson of West Palm Beach, Florida, and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 22nd, at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, 3750 N. Montana Ave. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23rd at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1260 Otter Rd., Helena, MT. 59602. Burial will immediately follow the funeral service at Sunset Memorial Garden Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial in the Cultural Hall of the church.

Loretta was a woman small of stature but big of heart. I have many fond memories of having lunch with her. She had such a sweet pure spirit. I know she will be welcomed in heaven by our wonderful Savior with open arms. Rest in peace my wonder friend.
