Lyndsey A. Madsen, age 38, of East Helena, Montana passed away on November 2, 2023. Lyndsey was born in Walnut Creek, California to Ivan and Barb Jenkins on December 22, 1984.
Lyndsey earned her bachelor’s degree in medical administration and served our American heroes with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
She married her husband Keith Madsen in October 2005; they welcomed their son, Jacob Madsen.
Lyndsey enjoyed riding ATVs in the mountains, fishing, camping, crafting, reading a good book and especially spending time with family, and her favorite thing was being a mother.
Lyndsey is survived by her husband, Keith Madsen; son, Jacob Madsen; parents, Ivan and Barb Jenkins; brother, Cord Jenkins; mother-in-law, Suzanne Madsen and father-in-law, Farrell Madsen; grandparents, RD and Doris Hendrick; brother-in-law, Shawn (Michelle) Madsen and their children; aunt, Patty (Mike) Frederick and many cousins.
A memorial service celebrating Lyndsey’s life will be held 1:00 pm Friday, November 10, 2023 at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, 3750 N. Montana Avenue. A reception will follow in the social center of the funeral home. Interment of her cremated remains will be at the Montana State Veteran Cemetery at Ft. Harrison on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
