After so many years and so many good memories, I suppose my favorite memory of Marie, is actually of her and Bud. Which isn’t surprising they were always together. In 1989, they were moving back to Montana and I got to help them move their belongings . Bud led in the big yellow van and Marie and I followed in the motor home. What a fun trip! We talked and laughed the whole way. Awesome in-laws.

Mary, I’m so grateful that I was able to help you celebrate your 90th birthday with the family in Helena. Even tho I know you were in pain you still were upbeat and happy and enjoyed your celebration. I will so miss your smiling face that always lit up the room, your kind heart too. You leave behind several generations of adoring fans: your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other extended family members (like me!) Godspeed dear woman. We were so blessed to have you in our lives.

My condolences to the family, no one can prepare us for the grief we experience when we lose a loved one, at 1 Peter 5:7 we are encouraged to “throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.” Even though missed your loved one is not forgotten and God who is the life giver is eager to restore life to those who have fallen asleep in death and promises to do so by means of a ressurection. ( John 5:28,29)
