Mike Belville passed from this mortal life after struggling 5 years with pancreatic cancer to continue his journey into eternity.
A 1975 Hamilton High School graduate; he later joined the U.S. Army Infantry. He remained close to many classmates. Honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, he spent time in Houston and Dallas, Texas, working as a machinist specializing in plastic injection molding. Mike was an avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fan. A special thanks to the Dallas Cowboys who gifted an autographed football. One of his last joys was watching the Cowboys beat the Eagles.

I can only imagine how hard it is to lose a loved one so close to you. Please be assured that Jehovah God does promise to bring back all those who have died, but are in his infinite memory. They will live on a restored paradise earth. Jesus said at John 5:28, 29, “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his[God’s] voice and come out.” I hope this brings you a measure of comfort.
Dan Belville says
Mike Belville passed out of this mortal life to continue his journey into eternity on the cold Montana winter morning of 12/14/2018. Mike was the descendant of French, Irish, German and English immigrants to America. He followed in his ancestors footsteps of honesty, physical labor and service to country. His Belville ancestors entered Staten Island, Richmond, Colony of New York, British Colonial America in the year 1670. Every generation of Belville’s fought in the wars of the period starting with the Revolutionary War and served in the peace time defense of America.
I will close this by thanking the many people in Mike’s life who loved him. His birth family’s love goes without saying. Special thanks to Mike’s upstairs neighbor who was Mike’s trusted and devoted friend for many years. In the last years, Paul was Mike’s go to guy to get anything done or to get food delivered. Thank you Paul! Mike loved his Hamilton High School classmates and talked of you often. Special thanks to Cameron and Dave for your trips to see Mike; hugging him and crying with him. Mike became a part of an extended family in Texas when I married my wife. Special thanks to all the Delgado’s / Brooks who loved him so much. Special thanks to my daughters Marisa and Bianca who called him and Facetimed with him. The letters, cards and pictures from Texas / Florida was a large part of the paperwork I removed from his apartment. Another special thanks to special people, the Dallas Cowboys. When my wife told them of Mike’s move to hospice they overnighted an autographed Cowboys football, a picture of the team and a magazine with the bio’s for all the players. Mike cried when he got it on the night that the Cowboys beat the Eagles. It was one of his last joys and it was special to watch him raise his arms each time the Cowboys made a field goal.
Finally, a special thanks to our mom and her wonder dog Teddi. Mom made sure Mike had everything he would ever need in clothing, blankets, food, whatever. Something told me to return to Helena one more time on Thursday and let Teddi and Mike see each other before I returned to Texas next day. Mike and Teddi both had a good day and I believe Mike passed in peace and happiness.
