On the evening of October 24, 2016 Mikel Pritchett passed away suddenly and unexpectedly form a heart attack while being comforted by a few of his family members. He was at the young age of 26. Mikel was born on August 24, 1990 in Helena, MT to Ann McMillan and Cecil Pritchett.
Mikel left behind a beautiful daughter, Audrey Grace. She was his most special pride and joy and he was an incredible father. HE loved her more than life itself. They loved to go fishing and just spend time together doing anything.
Mikel loved baseball and softball. He was the happiest when he was on the ball field with his team form the time he was a little boy. His dream was to play for the Yankees. He was an incredible pitcher and the mound was his happy place. HE had many close friends from baseball and softball. Everybody loved Mikel. He was so goofy and free spirited and he was the voice of his teams. HE kept them motivated and playing their hardest even when the score was down.
Mikel was preceded in death by his step father, Alan Pocha, and his grandmother, Jennie Betts.
Mikel is survived by the love of his life, Tara Eldridge, their daughter Audrey Grace Pritchett, mother Ann McMillan, step father Tim Achter, father Cecil Pritchett, brothers Shane Betts, Brandon Pocha and Shaun Lecair, sisters Jenna and Jorden Prtichett and Alex Johnson, niece Tatum, nephew Jaxsyn, and many, many other grandparents, aunts, uncles and close family friends.

Losing someone you love is one of the most difficult things a family will ever have to do. The Bible gives support .”Throw all your anxiety on Jehovah because he cares for you” (1Peter 5:7). 2 Corinthians1:3,4 adds “God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials”. What a comforting thought. May you find comfort in these scriptures and in Jesus’ promise, John 5:28,29. My sincere condolences to the family of Mikel
