Nancy Lee (Cook) Jacobsen

Nancy C. Jacobsen transitioned to the next phase of her soul’s journey on Dec. 17, 2010. During her 84 years, she faced challenges and lived a happy life; loving her children and grandchildren, enjoying her friends and volunteering in her community.

She is loved and remembered by her daughters, Cathy (Dan) Brimhall and Deb Jacobsen; and her grandchildren, Aimee Brimhall (Brian) McCord and Erin (Katy) Brimhall.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Nancy’s family wishes to extend special gratitude to the staffs at Hunters Point and the Cooney Home for their care and kindness. Memorials in Nancy’s honor will be gratefully received by the Hawthorne School Library, 430 Madison Ave. Helena, MT, 59601.
