Patrick George McElravy , 54, of Townsend passed away on October 10, 2011. Pat was born July 2, 1957 to Marlene and Thomas McElravy . Pat and his brother Pete happily kept there parent entertained.

Pat worked with a seismograph crew, cutting posts and on a ranch near Malta. The family lost their mother in 1965 and their father in 1984. Their stepmother Gyla helped them regain a happy family life.

Pat was married to his wife Laurie July 15, 1990 the two of them enjoyed movies and musical programs. Pat was a wonderful stepfather to his daughters. We will all miss him but know that he is content.

Pat is survived by his loving wife Laurie McElravy, his brother Pete (Susan) McElravy. Pat was proceeded in death by his loving parents Thomas and Marlene McElravy.

Pat’s life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 16th at Word of Life Church, 221 Broadway, Townsend. A graveside service with full military honors will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 17th at Montana State Veterans Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting: www.aswfuneralhome.com.
