Dear Pat, Your mother certainly was a worker. No one can match the volume of work she did. On Mondays and Thursdays she stood by the hour measuring and pricing pants, skirts, and bedding at our thrift shop on Fort Harrison. She did not complain. She just did her work and did it well. We all appreciated the work she did. We are grateful to have had the chance to know her. We are thinking of you in your time of loss. My friend Bill Peterson also sends his condolences. Sincerely, Barbara Smith

May the family find comfort in loving memories, and in knowing that God is “close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, has promised to soon “swallow up death forever…and wipe the tears from all faces” (Isaiah 25:8).
