    Kathy and family,
How very sorry I was to see in todays IR that you lost Ric. We worked together in the Secretary of State’s Office and he was always a wonderful co-worker and such a gentleman. He will certainly be missed. Please know that I am thinking of you all and will keep you in my prayers at this difficult time.
