Roseline Mary Efta, 69, of Helena passed away on January 29, 2012. She was born May 9, 1942 in Beach, North Dakota to Stanley and Mary (Peplinski) Efta.
Roseline received her early education at Quale school in Wibaux County, Montana. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Miles City, MT and nursing school at Aberdeen, SD. She received her BSN at Bozeman, MT. She was in the army for two years.
Roseline worked for the State of Montana as a Healthcare Inspector and retired from that position. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Helena.
A Funeral Mass will be noon Thursday, February 2nd at the Cathedral of St. Helena. Interment will follow at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Harrison. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting: www.aswfuneralhome.com

Rose was a great lady. I worked with her at the Certification Bureau, she taught me a great deal. Loved playing Bocce ball with her. I hope she finds a Squirrel Nutcracker in heaven.

I only knew Rose from her shopping at CVS where I am a cashier. I always enjoyed visiting with her cause she was such a nice lady. I will truly miss her.

So sorry to hear about Rose’s passing. I was the head nurse of the floor she worked on at St. Peter’s Hospital. I always thought she was a great nurse and I enjoyed working with her. I even talked to her a few times when she worked for the State. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

I have many fond memories of my Aunt Roseline when I was growing up in Montana. I remember how nice it was when she would come to my high school track meets in Helena to cheer me on and talk. She truly had a kind and caring way about her that was always present. Roseline was a wonderful aunt that I will always remember with a smile.
