Seth Aaron Schroeck was born on the 29th of July, 1998 in Erie, Pennsylvania to John Paul Schroeck and Erin Sue Kuntzweiler. At 3 months old he spent time at Yellowstone National Park and by six months he and his family were living in Montana. Seth was an outdoor lover from the beginning.
Seth went to Helena Middle School and Capital High School. He graduated in 2017 and was an accomplished wrestler winning a state title in 2015 for Capital High. He was a 12x USAW AA throughout his career. Seth was an avid fishermen, hiker, and camper. Of all his brothers and sisters, he alone loved winter camping. Seth was an adventurer, always up for trying new things. He loves spending time with family and friends and loves his cats. He was a Steeler fan from birth and wore his Grandpa Kelley’s sweater on game days.
Seth was an assistant high school wrestling coach at Helena High and loved working with the kids. He was a Red Bull Sales representative.
Seth was the kindest soul and anyone who knew him would say he was always happy go lucky. He would go with the flow and find the positive things in hard situations. Growing up he had an adventurous palate, shark, shrimp cocktail, salmon pizza. He would order whatever he thought was the most exquisite item on the menu. He was an avid dragon slayer with his stick. We would all be wondering where is Seth, oh yeah, he is out in the yard fighting battles with the biggest stick he could find.
He cared deeply about people and tried to always make others feel important. If you met this old soul with a young man’s heart, you loved him. He had a smile that spread across his face that simply brought you joy.
He is survived by his parents, John Schroeck (Amy) and Erin Kuntzweiler (Doug), and his siblings Stephany Johnson (Colton), Emily Nordgulen (Keiffer), Gabe Schroeck (Jessica), Zachary Kelley (Anneliese), Owen Schroeck, Samuel Schroeck, Jacob Silberling (Toni), Athena and Isabella Rodriguez, Martin Kuntzweiler (Mackenzie), Greta Kuntzweiler and Erin Gonzales (Mark). He also has grandparents Robert and Jan Silberling and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who will miss him dearly.
A memorial service celebrating Seth’s life will be held on July 27th at Shades of Green, 3403 Cooney Drive in Helena. The family with welcome guests at 1:00 p.m. with the service to begin at 1:30 p.m.

I always think back to the summer of 19 when we hung out a lot. Whether it was playing 2k against each other or going on a night hike you were always a great person to be around. You made everyone feel like they could be themselves. I always struggled to feel like I fit in anywhere but with you that was never the case. You were always kind. You always showed how much you cared about your friends and family. Anyone who spent time around you could feel it. I’m grateful for all the memories I got to share with you. My prayers go out to your family and friends. I’ll miss you Seth.

Seth was always one of my favorite people. He was kind, gentle and yet strong. He had a wonderful personality! I never tired of being around him and consider myself blessed to have been part of his life. I love him so much! My life will never be the same without him in it. I will never forget him and I know we will meet again. My heart has a huge hole in it. I trust you are safe in God’s arms,
