Sharon Morgan was born in Helena, MT, June 30, 1950 and joined a big sister, Monica Morgan, who passed on in early adulthood. Sharon, and her best friend and side-kick for life, Barb Green chose acreage on Edgar Brown’s vast Silver City ranch as their homestead and both never fancied anymore. Both built log homes on this land, felling, hueing and chinking and finally finishing both homes, in time to work at the State Legislature. Both did so, every two years until retiring in early 2000’s. Sharon was an avid softball player and one of the winning-est slow and fast pitchers in Helena leagues.
After Sharon’s friend’s passing, Sharon fell into a depression which had plagued her since high school. She worked diligently attempting to keep up with Life, but without much incentive, finances, or hope, her heart began to waver with the burden of this Winter, and Life, in general. Life in general, is an ongoing challenge, for an older, single woman, living alone, but her struggles were seemingly monumental if not endless, in nature.
She was a conscientious lover of animals and always chose an animal (if not two or three, from a local humane society to save the animal (s), love and pamper, as well as lessen the burden for that humane society. SHARON’s footprint was slight, but unforgettable. God’s gift to Sharon was her heart and Sharon’s generosity and her friendships were ever-lasting reminders for her friends to cherish. I will miss her kindness and pervasive thoughtfulness. A friend, who knew her literally at birth until a week prior to her sudden death. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Sharons family. I knew her many years ago in Helena. We had some good times together back then and enjoyed life. She was always smiling and a good friend. We lost contact as we aged but I was blessed to enjoy her company reliving memories in the last year or so. May she rest in peace. I will miss her

Dear Family
I’m sorry for your loss and I pray for your comfort. Please keep in mind that our Heavenly Father and God promises he will resurrect those who are sleeping in death. ( John 5:28,29) This means they will come back to life and we will see them again.
Until that day comes, look to Jehovah God for comfort ( 2 Corinthians 1:3,4) He will never fail you.
