Paul Kimball says
To all out there. Tom was one of my closest friends from the late 50’s. We were room mates in Seattle the early 60’s and skied every area and climbed the big mountains together. Tom told me he had a person named Gary who would be looking after his affairs but I did not get a contact number. Gary, if you happen to see this message, please give me a call at 206-391-4084.
Tom was one of the purist of people I have known in my 78 years of life. He could not go anywhere without people wanting go get to know him. We had some real adventures. Paul Kimball

Gary I am Paula Terese Mccormick and Tom was my uncle. My mom was his oldest sister. I have been trying to find him for a few years. What can you tell me about his passing. I am deeply saddened to hear that he passed. Thank you for being there for him.

Hello! I am another one of Tom’s nieces! He came to visit me in Great Falls years ago but I thought he had moved to Colorado. He was such a fantastic Uncle, I adored him! I’m so sad that he was there alone.
Tom Mccourt says
My name is Tom McCourt, I was named after my uncle. I have many fond memories with my uncle. He taught me how to ski, gave me my first pair of ski’s. He would regale with stories of his many adventures in skiing while riding the chair lift. We would laugh alot. He took me camping and hunting. We would sing Elvira on our trips. We loved the giddy up baloom bapamowmow! I’m so sorry I lost contact with him. Last time I saw him he was still in CO. I love you uncle Tom!

I sm 91, almost 92 years old and spend most of my time these days remembering the many, msny skitrips and ski instructing at Stevens Pass Washington with Tom in the 60s. Tom was, as friend Paul Kimball said, a true, wonderful friend. He also was a friend my children loved. Tom was rare…we all loved himand his sometimes impish-type smiles.
God rest you, Tom. You are still so clear in memories of parties and trips and “helping” you and Paul with the dishwashing.
I’m probably not to far behind…is it possible to ski on God’s clouds?
