I had the pleasure of working with Tim for 2 years. Helped get his life of independence back by getting him on Disability. He was always so respectful, and honorable whenever I picked him up for an appointment. He was a proud man and always looked out for his fellow man. Giving them a place to stay on a cold winters night. He loved his family and his sister dearly and would often tell me stories of his life with them in it. He was a quiet man, so talking to a mere stranger grew over time and trust. He, never gave up or gave in, no matter the struggle. I will miss you my friend. God Speed and God Bless you. The homeless community will miss you and your gracious generosity.

To the Parsley family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I grew up in the same neighborhood with Tim and in younger years remember playing on the May Butler School playground. We visited my grandma often and you lived next door. Tim would join us in his quiet and happy way. Sounds like he lived his life in the same manner. Bless his passing and the journey for those who live on without him.
