Timothy “Tim” Jones
On August 8, 2022 Tim Jones, passed away after more than a four-decade struggle with multiple sclerosis. He was 68. Born to Mosie and Oscar Jones, on May 9, 1954 in Helena, MT. Tim graduated from Helena High School “Class of 1972”. He attended Eastern Montana College and graduated from the University of Montana, with a bachelor of Business Administration.
During a brief marriage to Jodi Johnson of Missoula, they had a daughter, Andrea Nicole Jones, “The Love of His Life”.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Mosie Jones and father, Oscar Jones and brother, Denis Edwin Jones.
He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Nicole Neal, Orlando, FL. And his brothers, Oscar Raymond (Ray) Jones, Sacramento, CA, Charles E. Jones, Bozeman, MT, Delmar C. Jones, Medina, OH, and Curtis L. Jones, San Diego, CA.
Notification of a “Celebration of Life” gathering will be announced by the family.

So Very Sorry to hear of Tim’s passing. Grew up from Jr. High to Helena High School and then at the University of Montana. Ran track with Tim for many many years in Helena. The thing I remember most about Tim was his great BIG Smile. RIP Old Friend!

Tim…my classmate in elementary school, at Jefferson. We became friends and were close for the duration of the school years. Beautiful man both inside and out, with a smile that lit up the place!!!
