Titus Henry Shubin
Titus Henry Shubin was born human but immediately promoted to angel on June 25, 2011. The earthly miracle his family sought was not to be.
Had that miracle come to pass, Titus would have enjoyed reading books with his Mommy Erin, taking rides in the big truck with his Daddy Jesse, and helping big sister Tatiana manage a huge fleet of little toy cars. Some of those would have been painted John Deere green, just like the nursery that his parents lovingly prepared for him.
Titus is survived by his parents Jesse and Erin Shubin, and sister Tatiana. Titus is also loved and missed by his grandparents Rob and Julie Shubin of Turlock, CA, Monty and Helen Auch of Boulder, MT, and Mike and Olivia Tooley of Helena as well as many aunts and uncles all over the world.
Young Titus joins his great grandparents Elsie Cook, Diane Holden, Jean Shubin, and Duane and Marilyn Tooley who will fill him in on the details of the large and loving family that mourns his absence.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 2011 at the Gateway Center, 1710 National Avenue, with a reception to follow. Burial will take place at the Boulder Cemetery in Boulder. The family asks that if someone wants to honor Titus Shubin that in lieu of flowers they make a memorial contribution to Compassion Tanzania. This is done so that children in Tanzania have a better chance of reading with mommy, riding with daddy, or playing with their big sister. Information is available at http://compassiontanzania.org. I know that no words can properly convey the grief of the loss you are feeling. Please know that I am truly sorry for all of you. I know this little boy would have been surrounded by much love. He is now resting with Jesus and our Blessed Mother and is looking down at you from heaven. God Bless all of you at this time of sorrow and grief.

I am SO VERY SORRY for the dramatic and profound loss of your baby, Titus. I know he still loves the John Deere green nursery! Who wouldn’t?
I WISH YOU LASTING PEACE. YOU WILL SEE HIM AGAIN AND HE WILL BE PERFECT AND WHOLE; LIKE YOU WILL BE. ~v~
