Vicie Lee Giles, age 64, of East Helena

Vicie Lee Giles passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital on Monday, October 7, 2013 after an extended illness.

            She was born July 28, 1949 in Logan, Iowa to Ardis Epperson Carson and Herman Epperson.  She was married to Brian Harris in October of 1973 and later divorced.  Though Vicie had no children herself, she was a favorite aunt to numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

            Survivors include her father; sisters, Rita (Sonny) Butt, Rebecca Epperson, Roberta (Pete) LaPier, Gail Pocha, Ruth Heppler and her only brother, Steven (Connie) Carson, as well as her loyal dog, Stoney.

            She was preceded in death by her mother, June 2012, one niece, one nephew, and two brothers-in-law.

            No services are being held at this time; however, her family is planning a celebration of Vicie’s life at a later date.
