I remember Willie from 1973 when he dated my sister. He was a great guy and they were a great couple. Unfortunately she passed away at the age of 19. Willie was a major source of joy in her life before her untimely death, for which I am forever grateful. I regret I lost touch with him following her death. But I remember him fondly. Willie was a great guy and a kind man. The world is a better place for his having been here.

I’m so sorry for you loss. I worked with Willie at Boyles Bros. and a little bit with Layne. He was a terrific guy. I always got a kick out when he would read the bubble gum jokes at the drill.
Please let me know when and where the Memorial will be this summer.
