I have the joy of having Bill as my neighbor for three years and in that three years, he treated me like a granddaughter always made me laugh, but most all always gave the best hugs even after I moved out of the apartment I went back weekly to visit with him his passing Has been very rough for me as I care about him dearly and now I know he’s at peace. He’s now in heaven with our good Lord my thoughts and prayers go to the immediate family.
