Kelly Peabody Hoge passed away October 6, 2010 after a brief illness. Kelly was born February 13, 1964 in Helena, Montana and was raised in Montana.
Kelly graduated from Great Falls High School in 1982. She worked for National Laundry until she married Todd Timboe. They had two sons, Shawn Todd and Matthew Harlan. Kelly and Todd divorced in 1985. Kelly then moved to the Kalispell area in 1998 with her two daughters, Kyleigh and Tawnee. Kelly went to Flathead Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Kelly worked her internship at Goose Bay Lodge. She then moved to the Helena Valley and married Ross Fillmore, and they lived on her land until they separated in 2004. Kelly worked for Wongs and Jorgenson’s Restaurant. She then moved back to Great Falls and worked for Peking Gardens West for 5 years. Kelly was not only a great waitress but also a good loyal friend to many a customer and many co workers.
Kelly was a very compassionate person. She was also a magnet for stray animals and kids in trouble. Kelly just plain gave her all to who ever needed it. She was the best friend to all.
She loved riding her horse Sundance with her Hoge cousins in the Helena Valley. Kelly said “those were the good old days Mom, even if we had tons of chores, we still had time to ride horses and swim in the canal.” Kelly was in a horrible accident in Nebraska and the pick-up rolled 5 times side by side and twice end for end. She said “The Lord spared my life for a reason Mom”.
Kelly was preceded in death by the Abel, the Peabody, and the Hoge grandparents and her son Matthew. Surviving family members included her father Mick and wife, Bev Peabody, mother Bonnie and husband, Del Hoge, and her brothers Kris and wife Lisa Hoge and nephews, Kreighton and Cristian of Nebraska, and Keith and wife, Kim Hoge of Virginia. Her son Shawn and wife Tara, and their 2 daughters Dyna and Journey of Great Falls. Her daughters, Kyleigh Olivia Timboe, and Tawnee Noel Fillmore of Great Falls. Kelly had Abel aunts and uncles, and Peabody aunts and uncles, many special nieces and nephews and wonderful cousins of the Hoge, Mayer and Sangray and Peabody clans.
