Kylee Rachelle Justice, age 34, of Helena, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 6, 2023.
Kylee was born on June 15, 1989 to parents Rick W. Justice and Dana C. Merriman. While being born in Salem, NJ, Kylee was a Montana girl through and through. Kylee’s love for the outdoors carried over into her own family as she loved spending time with her children going kayaking, fishing, camping, digging for crystals, panning for gold, rock hunting, and exploring for sapphires. She always had a special gift for finding 4 leaf clovers and enjoyed time spent gardening. She had a true love for all things Montana.
More than her enjoyment for being outdoors, Kylee was a mother first. It was the role in life she most cherished and always took the time to make sure her children knew just how much she loved them. In between being a parent, she worked a variety of jobs, with the most recent being a receptionist.
Kylee is survived by her parents, Rick Justice and Dana (Steve) Coil; children, Madilynn Cobb and Mason Cobb; brothers, Brandon and Eric Justice, both of Helena; niece, Aaliyah Justice, and her beloved four-legged friend, Mojo.
She was preceded in passing by her grandfather, Jack Merriman; aunt, Donna Petersen; father-in-law, Merlin Cobb; and great-grandmother, Hazel Sandall.

Kylee I’m so shocked to hear this devastating news. I know we didn’t spend a lot of time together, we did some holidays, we camped a few times and you came to our family functions with my brother. I’m sorry things ended badly with the two of you and it ripped everyone apart. It’s not the way it should have happened. Then this awful news 😭 Everyone is hurting so much. I’m sending my deepest condolences and love to Maddy and Mason and your family. May you Rest in Peace ❤️

Every day I miss you. I miss our late night talks. Our drives. Playing guitar with you. Just being with you and our family. Your amazing way you could make dinner out of nothing. I never got to say goodbye. And I never want to. You hardly took pictures that was my job. You always would say that if you weren’t there for the experience, then there was a reason why. Every where I look I see you. I see our family. My condolences and love for everyone who loved you. Which was everyone. You always have a spot in my heart. Forever till I see u again. I cannot believe you are gone. I know there was so many parts of you you didn’t share, and that’s OK. I miss and i love you “always and forever”

Kylee, where to start you were my best friend all of elementary, as we grew older and went to different schools we would pass each other throughout town and say “hey”. I’m at a loss of words my friend. May you rest in peace.
