Curt, Crystal, Craig & Connie, and Families,
Your Mom, Pauline has been a close friend of mine since September, 1957 when our husbands were teachers at Livingston High School. I had just had my first child, Carol and Pauline would give birth to Crystal in November. I relied on her for her wealth of information on caring for my baby, running my home efficiently, and how to be a good teacher’s wife. She loved her husband and family and was a friend to just about everyone she met. We started a pinochle club with other young wives which endured for many years. We built our first new homes next door to each other in Livingston and were together constantly until my husband Larry & I moved away 3 years later. We continued to visit each other over the years. We will miss our dear friend Pauline. We hope you and your family will take comfort in all the special memories of your Mom! Love, Pat & Larry Peahl

Judy Adamson says
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Pauline’s passing. My sympathies and condolences go out to her family. Pauline was a special person and a good friend. Back in our CIF days, Clarke and Pauline were the first people that welcomed Darold and me. Pauline always had a plan for things to do and see when we met and we had a lot of fun together along with the other Commissioner’s wives. After retirement there were many reunions. The first one at their home in Big Sky.
I too, have enjoyed her hospitality at their new home in Helena. I am going to miss her and I’m so glad that our life paths crossed.
I am truly sorry for your heartache at this time. God Bless, Judy Adamson
Hunter "Pat" Patrick says
Clarke was hired by my dad, Hunter Patrick, to teach and coach at Sanford, Colorado. Clark and Pauline lived in one side of a duplex. We lived in the other side. CONNIE was born that year on Haloween. My dad was the school superintendent, and my mother taught high school English. At the ND of that year my parents moved to Reliance, WYoming, and Coovers moved to Wellington , Colorado. Such fine people!
